Our Bourbon Maple requires careful tending and time, but we happen to think it's worth it! In order to create, we start by infusing barrel aged bourbon whiskey into our delicious 100% pure Pennsylvania maple syrup. All alcohol has been removed (completely family-friendly!) and boasts rich, soft, complex character with hints of oak and spice. The bourbon then balances the maple, layered with caramel and honeyed vanilla notes. Delicious addition for breakfast and beyond!
